Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use SF Movie Club. By signing up you confirm you meet this requirement.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Don't share your account with others. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Don't harass, threaten, or abuse other members.
• Don't post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Don't spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don't impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

Votes, availability, comments, and profile info you provide remain yours. You grant us a limited license to display this content to your group(s) so the app can function.

Activity (likes, availability, confirmed seats) is scoped per group. The same movie can be voted on independently in different clubs. Group admins may remove members who violate the acceptable use rules.

SF Movie Club helps you coordinate, but we don't sell tickets and we aren't affiliated with AMC, Alamo Drafthouse, or any other theater. Showtimes are pulled from public listings and may change. You're responsible for purchasing your own tickets.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of showtime data, or seat availability at theaters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SF Movie Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify active members by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
